Procedure

To a secondary vessel add phase A and start mixing. Add phase B, heat to 85°C, then add phase C ingredients, in order. When phase Au2013C is homogeneous, add phase D and mix until phase D is well dissolved. Add phase E to the main vessel, dissolve phase F with continued mixing, then add phase G, stirring until fully incorporated. Start heating to 80°C and add premix of phase H. Slowly add oil phase (Au2013D) to water phase (Eu2013H) with prop stirring. Start homogenizing and cooling until batch reaches 55°C, then resume sweep mixing with continued cooling. Add phase I and continue mixing until fully incorporated. When completely smooth, perform final quality assurance checks.
